Barberry is known with the scientific name of “Barberis Vulgaris” has various usage in the pharmaceutical and foodstuff Industry. IRAN is the main area of Seedless Barberry production in the world. Total production of dried seedless barberry in our territory is about 95% of world production, with production of more than 10'000MT/annually depends on annual rain fall, season of production is started from October. According to process of production, there are two kind dried barberries: 1. Traditional dried Barberry 2. Puffy dried Barberry
